At Maison Ray, every piece is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not offer cash refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

However, we accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• The item is returned with its original Maison Ray packaging
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, perfume, water exposure, or alteration
• Proof of purchase is provided

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@maisonray.ae within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the case.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit requests.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Maison Ray will cover the return or replacement delivery cost.

Final Approval

All returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Maison Ray.
